These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scan News mobile application ("App") provided by NextMining.com ("Company", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is intended for educational purposes, allowing users to improve their English by reading and listening to real news articles. Users must use the App in a lawful and respectful manner.

3. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Acceptable Usage Policy), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Products.

4. Your Content

If you save your content on ScanNews, it still belongs to you but we can use or show it to people.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to us or others. Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from ScanNews, we may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.

6. Security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to us or others. We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, NextMining cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.

7. Use of YouTube API Services

ScanNews application is using YouTube API services for playing most of the video contents. Hence, ScanNews application follows YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). ScanNews users also agree to a Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/) as we are using YouTube API service.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
